Year One
The first year is on us.
Every Icaria installation includes the first year of maintenance at no additional cost.

Inspect
We inspect the system from intake to outlet, checking the condition and performance of the key components.
Clean
We thoroughly clean the machine and its accessible components, removing accumulated dust and debris that could affect performance.
Assess the filters
We assess each filtration stage and monitor its condition. If a filter has reached the end of its useful life, we replace it.
Verify
We make sure the system is operating correctly before we leave — so your home continues to receive the air Icaria was designed to deliver.
Filter Care
We replace filters when they need replacing. Not before. Not after.
Filter life depends on the air passing through them. In a city like Delhi, that can change considerably with the season and the surrounding air quality.
Rather than relying on a fixed replacement schedule alone, our team checks the condition of the filtration stages during maintenance visits and replaces filters when they have reached the end of their useful life.
